Blog ✧
They reveal how thoughts shape our reality, empowering nurses to guide clients.
When we speak from a place of understanding the Three Principles, we stop seeing people as problems to solve—and start seeing them as innate health temporarily clouded by thought. That presence changes the energy of every conversation. It feels safe. It feels hopeful. It feels like home. Read this full blog here.
There is hope. Not the kind you force or fake—but the kind that rises when you remember who you are. That’s what nurse coaching gave me. It brought me back to the reason I became a nurse in the first place. Not to check boxes. Not to carry it all. But to connect. To serve. And to heal—without losing myself in the process.
At Advancing Nurse Coaching, we don’t just teach skills. We guide you back to your own wisdom—the place where compassion meets clarity, and purpose feels alive again. Read this full blog here.

The American Nurses Association (ANA) hosted events, offered discounts, and promoted wellness through the Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation™ initiative.
Nurse coaches can build on this energy to champion self-care and holistic health for peers and clients.
How will you celebrate your impact this Nurses Month?
A survey of 2,600 nurses revealed persistent challenges in the profession.
Key Findings:
65% report high stress.
40% are unsure they’d choose nursing again.
Top stressors: short staffing, low pay, and lack of leadership support.
Nurse Coaches’ Role:
Provide stress management techniques.
Offer career coaching to build resilience and hope.
Use the Three Principles (Mind, Consciousness, Thought) to shift perspectives, helping nurses see stress as a thought, not a fixed reality.
