Teresa Walding, BSN, RN, NC-BC, is a global speaker on health and well-being from the inside out. She has developed a transformative care plan called "Rewriting Self-Care from the Inside-Out," which focuses on empowering individuals to enhance their well-being from within. With over 30 years of nursing experience, Teresa also serves as the Associate Director of the Advancing Nurse Coaching Program. She runs Teresa Walding Consulting, PLLC, supporting nurses and fostering healthier communities. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys time with her two beloved puppies and treasures her role as a wife and mother of two wonderful daughters.
